The venue

In the heart of the Monumental Complex of San Giovanni in Monte, is located the prestigious Giorgio Prodi lecture hall. Place of extraordinary beauty and historical art value, the area offers the opportunity to host cultural and educational activitiesin a unique and smart environment. In what was once the dining-hall of the nunnery of the Lateran Canons, against the backdrop of the beautiful sixteenth-century fresco by Bartolomeo Cesi, it is now possible to organize conferences, workshops and meetings.

The Monumental Complex of San Giovanni in Monte is located in the town centre, walking distance from the Two Towers, Maggiore square and the main historical monuments of Bologna.

It is easily reachable from Bologna Airport (about 30 minutes by taxi or by bus) and from the railway station (about 10 minutes by taxi or by bus).
